**PEDESTAL, WOOD BASES, ROCK & HABITAT ARE EXTRA**

OUR AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING TERMS AND DEPOSIT

*All work brought in requires 50% deposit before any work is started.

*Wood base, pedestal and habitat/rock formations are extra. Crating, shipping, repair, form modification to fit short capes, and the replacement of skins & capes are extra. The skinning, fleshing, cleaning & washing of skins not properly cared for, is extra.

*Taxidermist and/or company will not be held responsible for theft, fire, flood, vandalism, tanning, hair slippage or any other loss or damage.

FINAL PAYMENT & PICK UP: All work will be paid in full before delivery, pick up, or shipment.

Upon notification of order completion, customer has 30 days to pay off balance.

Customer agrees to pay the balance due & pick up the mount/work within 30 days after notification of completion.

A $5.00 per day- per mount, storage fee will be charged after the 30 days until 90 days then becomes Hunters Choice Taxidermy property.

Final payment should be in debit/credit card, cash, money order or personal check for local customers.
